Having hoisted it up and onto the pier, we now needed to relocate the sling to the other end of the section. Unfortunately, this meant that David and Pete had to set it up under the (ice cold!) water. In the background, you can see James and Lee setting the ladder to establish the spar point for the high line. By strategically locating the spars, the wire rope would provide the lift along the alignment that the end of the section would need to be swung to get it back on it's pier. (photo by Bill Taggart)
