Having set Steve's winch up on the near end, it was fairly straight-forward to just lift the end of the section back up onto the pier. Here, Steve is working the winch while Linda feeds the cable and keeps it from kinking, while Lee and David help direct it back to where we want it. We decided to leave it slightly supported by Steve's winch while we swung the other end around, just to avoid any possibility of it slipping off again. (photo by Bill Taggart)
